Jeff Goldfogel
Chief Executive Officer

After graduating from the University of Colorado, Jeff began his career in logistics when he joined Imperial Distribution of Denver in 1975. He served as President of Imperial until 1989 when Imperial was purchased by Acme Delivery. In 1995, Jeff and Acme founder, Jack Grunwald became partners, and later Jeff became majority owner. A consummate entrepreneur, Jeff has amazing creativity and skill in dreaming big and putting together a talented team that has helped build Acme’s 71-year legacy with pride and purpose. Jeff is passionate about the art and science of logistics and about the people with whom he works.
Seth Goldfogel

Seth joined Acme in 2002, working in data analytics and project management. He places a tremendous amount of value on Acme’s rich heritage, culture and focus on the client experience. Seth’s role within the organization is unique. He represents the next generation of executive leadership while having direct ties to the company’s existing ownership and strong reverence for all of the legacy, history and hard work that has gone into making Acme what it is today.
Ann O’Connor
Chief Financial Officer

Ann started with Acme in 2021. She comes to the company with nearly 30 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance spanning a variety of industries. Ann started her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young, LLP in Chicago. Prior to joining Acme, Ann spent 9 years as CFO for a Colorado company in the youth sports industry and was instrumental in its successful sale. Her proven skills at strategy development and execution, process improvement, and financial statement management will provide support for the continued growth and success of Acme.
Nick Williams
Director of Warehouse Operations

Nick started his career at Acme in 2013 working in the warehouse in clerical and project management roles. In the last 12 years Nick didn’t just climb the corporate ladder—he lifted it, stacked it, scanned it, and probably loaded it onto a truck. Starting from the bottom he worked his way up to Director of Warehouse Operations by mastering every role along the way. His passion for people has allowed Nick to build and manage high-performing teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Nick knows that success isn’t just about efficiency metrics and cost savings—it’s about supporting the team that makes it all happen. Whether it’s rolling up his sleeves during crunch time, celebrating small wins (because surviving peak season is a win), or making sure everyone gets credit for their hard work, he strives to build a culture where people feel valued and motivated.

James grew up in trucking and logistics, watching his father operate a trucking business serving the western states. In 2013 his own entrepreneurial spirit took flight starting an LTL trucking company; Denver Freightways Express, with his sister, father and brother-in-law. After Denver Freightways was acquired by Howard Logistics in April 2020 James took on the director of transportation role with Acme. James sits on the Executive Board of Directors with the Colorado Motor Carriers Association helping promote a positive legislative agenda for the Colorado trucking industry.
